Take a potato and cut it into a small spiral. Spread it out on a stick. Make sure to fry the potato in oil and then sprinkle some MSG seasoning on top. I loved this bowl of kimchi flavored bim naengmyeon, even though every bite made my stomach feel colder. The noodles were thin, chewy, with slices of cucumber, cabbage, hard boiled eggs, and a drizzle of sour-kimchi-flavored ice. I have always loved stir-fried translucent noodles. Korean noodles are wonderful, with chewy sweet potato noodles stir-fried with cucumber, onions and mushrooms.
